Created to support people with a broad range of eating challenges and filled with planning tools, food pictures and suggestions for use that support and encourage people in making optimal, healthy food choices.
The Eating Game is available in three languages: English, French and Mi’kmaq. The French Edition is a complete translation of the original Eating Game. The Mi’kmaq Edition is English with the Mi’kmaq translation on the food pictures.
Support will be offered if needed by contacting the creator Jean Nicol . Arrangements will then be made for future communication to discuss your questions/concerns.
Adult charts (ages 19 – 50 and 51+) for males and females are available upon request to be substituted for children’s pages.
The Eating Game has 4 color coded meal planning charts that are card stock with 5 mil laminating with hook & loop fasteners.

Each meal planning chart has six meals:
The color coded squares indicate the recommended number of serving of food groups each day for a particular age group.
The charts can be removed from the binder for easy use and display.
There are suggestions for use of The Eating Game with the hope you can adapt its use to best suit your needs using other strategies that work to motivate/assist your child.
