Please refer to FAQ for assistance with downloading your Eating Game materials. This should be done at the time you make the purchase.
Read through the materials before you do the printing. The introductory text pages can be printed on regular paper. The 2 pages of meal planning charts should be printed back to back on 1 piece of card stock paper. Once materials are printed you will then laminate the chart with a 5 mil laminating pouch for durability.
This edition of The Eating Game comes to you organized in an 8.5 X 11, 3 ring binder, ready to use.
The Eating Game has:
5 color coded meal planning charts that are card stock with 5 mil laminating with hook & loop fasteners (8.5 X 11) The charts can be removed from the binder for easy use and display.

The color-coded squares indicate the recommended number of servings of food groups each day for a particular age group. Blue for Milk and Alternatives; Green for Fruit & Vegetables; Yellow for Grain Products; Red for Meat and Alternatives and white for Sweets a & Treats – 1 a day to be placed on the star!
